Umbrella project – Integrated City Rehabilitation and Development Plan for the City of Ruse
For the project, Stalker-KM LTD is a partner in a Consortium – "ICDR-Ruse 2020+".
The Integrated City Rehabilitation and Development for the City of Ruse (ICRD) is a basic document for the future development of Ruse Municipality 2014-2020. It is mandatory condition for the provision of financial support for the projects, related to the sustainable development under the Structural and Cohesion Funds of the EU. The project is financed from the European Fund for regional development and the state budget of Bulgaria.
Three zones of impact are defined:
- Zone for public functions with high public importance – ZONE À – Central City Area;
- Zone with prevailing social character – ZONE B – housing district "Rodina" 1, 2, 3 and 4;
- Zone with potential for industrial development – ZONE C – East Industrial Zone.

Thematic spatial land cover data base pilot project for the Ruse Municipality
The project is developed under the umbrella project "Integrated city Rehabilitation and Development Plan for the city of Ruse". The project is linked to the ISO19144-2 (LCML), as well as to a methodological approach for monitoring of land cover changes in urban, nature and agri-environment. The pilot data base will be proposed for all Bulgarian Danube cities with integrated city rehabilitation and development plan.
